Senior Recruitment Consultant at Peoplecorp HR Recruitment

THE ORGANISATION

Our client is a large, fast-growing organisation delivering a diverse range of services across Australia. With a workforce of over 3,000 employees and a well-resourced, collaborative HR team, they are now seeking a dynamic People & Culture Manager to join their team.

Please note : occasional travel will be required in this position.

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the National P&C Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the Perth operations, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions. You will also lead and support a team of three, fostering their development and ensuring the successful delivery of HR initiatives locally.

You will be confident in your ability to build relationships across all levels of the business, with well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills. You’re comfortable influencing and coaching leaders and bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to complex people matters.
