They are looking for a proactive and dedicated Registered Nurses to join their tight-knit, supportive team. About The Opportunity

As part of our dedicated team, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, with a strong focus on supporting their families throughout their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' health needs, developing personalised care plans, and implementing them effectively. Collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team will be crucial to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Successful candidates will receive support from the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) and Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), with access to after-hours assistance from a CNE. Day-to-day tasks will encompass direct patient care such as feeding and showering, accepting transfers from other facilities, coordinating discharges to nursing homes, and liaising with discharge planners or home caregivers when appropriate. Effective communication with and support for families will also be a significant aspect of your role.

About You

Successful applicants will possess :

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA Recent work in a hospital environment, particularly within a medical-surgical ward. Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
