Job descriptionReporting to the Manager of Housing and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for; Providing financial and valuation analysis of strategic initiatives, screening of existing property and new property developments. Identifying potential new properties and / or land that may be appropriate for Bethanie Housing. Contribute to ongoing business planning for Bethanie Housing, providing advice and expertise for the growth strategy. Maintaining current compliance documents and database of property information, comparisons and appraisals. - to assist with Bethanie Housing Limited's growth strategy to provide ongoing business development opportunities.
This role is being offered as a permanent full-time position, based at our beautifully appointed office on Pier St in the Perth CBD with additional flexible work arrangements.
