We are seeking a detail-focused and energetic
- Document Control and Compliance Officer
- to work with our Corporate Services team. The role will support our WA and NSW operations across Aged Care, National Disability Insurance Scheme and Corporate Operations. You will be working in a small, dedicated team with a focus on high quality outputs.
- Your responsibilities will include
- Document management for the organisation's corporate and clinical policies and procedures system, with a particular focus on the design of user-friendly clinical and corporate forms;
- Supporting the Policy Team in the drafting, review and editing of policies, procedures, guidelines and forms across all areas of the business, including clinical care, human resources, finance and operations;
- Establishment and maintenance of record management procedures to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements;
- Reporting of compliance performance to government agencies
- Key attributes for this position include
- Experience in document management and document control, preferably in a healthcare setting;
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Good multitasking and time management skills.
