Logistics Coordinator

This position is responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and / or products are processed through the delivery and / or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

• Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing activity.
• Coordinate logistics staff ( receiver / scanner / picker / packer) according to availabilities and requirements.
• Supervise orders to ensure they meet needs.
• Communicate with customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Plan and track the shipment according to customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• This position requires minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.
• Experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships.
• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas - distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
