• About the Opportunity

As the Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for various inbound and outbound logistics activities including supplier management, supplier performance reviews, freight tracking, and vendor escalations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring trade compliance and analysing freight data, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's logistics operations.

• Duties
• Conduct LSP business reviews
• Perform operations performance reviews
• Track and reclassify monthly freight
• Manage inbound and outbound KPIs
• Audit freight invoices
• Ensure trade compliance
• Analyse freight data
• Prioritise inbound shipments for 3PL
• Handle vendor escalations
• Continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives.
• Skills and Experience
• Experience managing logistics functions including international trade and 3PL management.
• Experience working within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
