About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and driven Lean & Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Customer Support division based in Perth . Reporting to the General Manager Strategy and Compliance this role will play a pivotal role in improving efficiency standardisation and innovation across our mining support operations in Australia.

Working closely with internal divisions and operational teams you will analyse workflows identify process inefficiencies implement improvement initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

Skills and Duties :

In this highly influential role with an immediate start you will :

• Lead cross-functional project teams through process analysis and optimisation
• Identify and lead process improvement projects to improve efficiency reduce waste and optimise cost
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions that support efficiency quality and safety
• Analyse performance data and produce reports dashboards and insights to guide decision-making
• Coach and mentor teams and engage with stakeholders to optimise customer satisfaction
