If you prefer a mix of work across the team, we can make that happen too.Construction-related professional indemnity matters : Handling disputes involving engineers, architects, and building professionals.Solicitors' professional indemnity claims and environmental liability matters : Providing expert advice on claims against legal practitioners and issues related to environmental liabilities.Coverage aspects of financial lines : Advising on high stakes indemnity disputes and policy interpretation matters.Directors and Officers Liability : Defending directors and officers in claims related to their corporate roles.Fidelity and Crime and Financial Institutions : Addressing issues of fraud, employee dishonesty, and financial misconduct, while advising banks, investment firms, and other financial entities on liability and compliance matters.Management and Professional Liability : Handling claims involving mismanagement, employment practices, fiduciary duties, and defending various professionals, including accountants and consultants, against negligence claims.Who you are1+ years' PQE with experience in professional indemnity, general litigation, coverage, or financial linesStrong legal research, drafting, and analytical skillsA collaborative approach and a commitment to excellenceConfidence to take ownership of matters and drive them forwardA desire to grow your career in a leading insurance and risk practiceWhy us?At Wotton Kearney, we're more than just a law firm.
