As we prepare to unveil this exciting new venture, we are seeking an exceptional Venue Operations Manager to join our team to curate a seamless, truly remarkable customer experience across all touchpoints from arrival to departure, while maintaining a positive and dynamic team environment.

What your day to day will look likeYou'll play an essential role in managing a dedicated team, setting a high standard of service for our clubhouse guests. By ensuring a warm welcome and ensuring the team maintains the Concierge Desk's operation from 7 am to 7 pm, you will embody Hub's ethos in every interaction.You'll work synergistically with the Building Management Team and wellness centre operator, bringing our array of services together in harmony to treat our customers as our esteemed guests.Utilising the tenant portal for engagement and communications, you'll be an architect of customer journeys, creating opportunities and connections that fuel the growth of their organisations.Your role extends to managing the Business Centre and Wellness Centre, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, fostering innovation, and overseeing financial performance.You will lead the operations team, delivering efficient, friendly, and professional service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our tenants and guests.Providing team support forms a crucial aspect of your role. This includes conducting and documenting weekly progress meetings, quarterly coaching sessions, and facilitating training of new systems and procedures.
