About the Role : Connect with the local community and build rapport with employersSupport Mob on their journey to meaningful employmentWork with a dedicated team that believes in how employment changes livesReporting to the Team Leader – Workforce Australia, the Indigenous Mentor is responsible for providing guidance, support, and culturally appropriate mentorship to First Nations participants engaged in our programs. Your work will be crucial in fostering a sense of belonging, cultural pride, and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. You will work closely with both participants and staff to ensure our services are culturally competent, inclusive, and responsive to the holistic needs of First Nations Australians. Building rapport, trust, and credibility within your client group and community networks will be key to success in this role.
