In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing strategies and actions that support the advancement of First Nations peoples. This includes aligning with, but not being limited to, the Community Engagement Strategy for Williamtown and the BAE Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan. Your efforts will focus on driving initiatives that promote inclusion, respect, and opportunities for First Nations communities, ensuring these plans are effectively implemented and sustained.
This role focuses on driving change by leveraging networks and building strong, meaningful relationships both within the organisation and with members of the community. It emphasises the importance of fostering connections and influence across various stakeholders.
This role is integral to fostering stronger connections between BAE Systems and the First Nations community, ensuring both strategic alignment and impactful outcomes.
Applicants must have the ability to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance. The role requires the ability to travel for community engagement. Applicants must either have their own transportation or be able to travel to various locations as needed. While direct engagement or existing links within the community are beneficial, they are not mandatory for the position.
