Based in Docklands, Melbourne, the program itself will offer you the following experiences :

minimum 20 working days, one day per week

• attending internal strategic meetings and external negotiations;
• reviewing, drafting and amending commercial contract documents;
• undertaking contract terms gap analysis and precedent contract analysis;
• reviewing legal templates;
• researching areas of law e.g. privacy, data and guardianship laws;
• reviewing and commenting on commercial contracts' compliance with APRA regulations;

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Final or penultimate year student, currently studying Law

Eligible to enrol in MLL338 or MLJ738 if successful

Team player focus

Willingness to learn the business

Demonstrated experience of succeeding through collaboration

Excellent communication skills

Strong general law knowledge

Ability to build strong relationships with clients

The successful student will be required to provide a satisfactory Police Check.
