A highly regarded and expanding insurance service provider based in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join their commercial property claims team. You will manage a portfolio of claims and clients while building strong relationships with loss adjusters, insurers, and service providers.
As a Property Claims Officer your duties will include
- Management of a portfolio of Commercial Property claims.
- Determine the nature of the loss and coverage provided, then effectively manage the process, while communicating with all relevant parties.
- Proactively drive claim progress.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through face to face interactions and attending industry events.
- Provide structured claim solutions.
- Liaise with clients, external service providers and other insurance organisations.
Essential requirements
