Property Claims Officer

A highly regarded and expanding insurance service provider based in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join their commercial property claims team. You will manage a portfolio of claims and clients while building strong relationships with loss adjusters, insurers, and service providers.

As a Property Claims Officer your duties will include

• Management of a portfolio of Commercial Property claims.
• Determine the nature of the loss and coverage provided, then effectively manage the process, while communicating with all relevant parties.
• Proactively drive claim progress.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through face to face interactions and attending industry events.
• Provide structured claim solutions.
• Liaise with clients, external service providers and other insurance organisations.
