- Office & Project Administration Coordinator
- to join our team in our
- Perth office.
- The role is a permanent full-time position, an immediate start available.
- About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for the office and provide a welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients and suppliers.
- Operate the main switchboard and answer all incoming calls.
- Coordinate couriers, ensuring timely and efficient processing, and take receipt of incoming deliveries.
- Coordinate maintenance issues with suppliers and building management
- Ordering of stationary, PPE and office supplies.
- Support the executive team for various administration tasks when required.
- Maintain reception area and all office environments cleaned, organized and well stocked.
- Support project teams by assisting with site enquiries, expediting, engineering and procurement. This includes the completion of purchase orders for travel and other project related expenses when required.
- Communicate with relevant departments to ensure that project requirements are met
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, welcoming new starters and conducting building inductions.
- Keeping internal databases updated
- Collating and formatting documents
- Manage meeting minutes
- Assist in coordinating social club activities when required.
- About you
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in an administration / reception-based role preferable.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a confidential manner.
- Excellent telephone answering technique.
- Well-presented & interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Effective working with a variety of teams
- Efficient multitasking and prioritising skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Exposure to working autonomously.
