Maintenance Supervisor

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, this is a great opportunity to work within a new & growing hotel in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

• The Role
• Receive, record and handle all maintenance related issues in the hotel building Perform routine inspections, identify preventive / corrective maintenance requirements in the hotel building and its assets.
• Manage the day to day operations of a small but vital maintenance team
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair or report on electrical / mechanical equipment within the hotel Assist the Chief Engineer to drive the preventive maintenance program
• Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers

Talent Profile

• Ideally you will have
• Experience in a similar role
• A Trade Qualification is desired
• Good leadership skills and ethics to lead the maintenance team in the operation
• A positive, team orientated personality who loves to set goals and deliver on them!
