ROLE
An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our client's team in Melbourne CBD in the role of Inbound Sales. You will provide bill comparison services to prospective and existing customers to acquire / retain them. An understanding of the sales process is a plus, but it is not required. Training in all aspects of the position will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing accurate marketing and sales information to new and existing customers.
- Enhancing customer relationships by providing relevant and helpful conversation, and responding to member inquiries methodically and promptly.
- Achieving and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sales Targets.
- Keeping the CRM and billing system up to date.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with your team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The ability to perform sales-related tasks is advantageous
- Experience working in a customer service environment is ideal
- A background in the energy industry would be advantageous
- Ability to establish rapport with customers easily
- Outstanding commitment to customer service and sales.
- An ability and willingness to work within a team dedicated to achieving individual and team goals
- An understanding of Zendesk (talking and chatting)
- Exceptional personality with a strong desire to learn & take on new challenges
- An understanding of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slack
- Ability to adapt and respond positively to challenges and changes.
