Job descriptionGreet customers and assess their service needs Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction Proven experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency
