Customer ServiceAssist clients with inquiries and provide information about the company.Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.Ensure all client interactions reflect positively on the company.Business SupportProvide admin and administrative support to the various departments as needed.Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives and staff.Assist with data entry, scanning, filing, and document preparation.Onboarding / Exit of ClientsCoordinate the full onboarding / exit process for all clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Communicate with clients to gather required information and documentation for onboarding / exit procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new and leaving clients into and out of our systems and processes.ASIC ManagementAssist in the management of Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) compliance requirements.Maintain accurate records and filings with ASIC, ensuring deadlines are met.Liaise with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information for ASIC reporting and compliance.Co-ordinating the setting up of business structures, ABN, TFN, GST registrations as advisedCoordinate for stamping, signing off and storing a digitally signed copy on XPMPay : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
