How You Can Play a Part

The Brisbane Broncos are currently seeking a First Nations Program Lead working across the Metro North region.

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of Student Support Officers and oversee Mentoring Programs and stakeholder engagement by :

• Leading and managing a high performing team – fostering a productive environment, maintaining clear communication, achieving KPIs, etc.
• Taking accountability for program delivery within your region
• Building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders
• Monitoring and maintaining compliance
• Measuring and reporting on program outcomes
• Identifying risks and opportunities within programs
• Assisting with the preparation and delivery of proposals and presentations
• Performing various ad hoc tasks as required
