Our client a Global Oil and Gas Operator in Perth CBD are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator for an initial 12 month contract.
Provide technical support to Procurement Services Specialist and Sourcing Leads for the establishment and ongoing maintenance of automated materials purchasing via price list arrangements / SAP outline agreements.
- Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Provide procurement support and analytics to Contracts Advisors, Material Buyers, and line manager for purchasing data (outstanding RFQs, aged Purchase Requisitions, materials lead time review etc.)
Provide guidance & training to non-Contracts and Procurement (C&P) personnel on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Provide administrative support to Procurement Services Specialist to maximise the cost efficiency of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) by providing procurement advice to Manila-based BPO teams as C&P point of contact to ensure that day to day business priorities are executed with quality in a timely mannerProvide technical support to Procurement Services Specialist for the establishment and ongoing maintenance of automated material orders via price lists / SAP outline agreements
