What You'll Do as a Receptionist : Greet and assist residents, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming. Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and managing paperwork. Support our team in delivering a seamless experience for all guests and residents. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace every day. What You Bring to the Role : High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
