Hascon Civil is seeking a suitably qualified Civil Project Engineer to join our team to assist with the delivery of Infrastructure Projects across WA. Benefits : Full Time Work, 38 hours per week Metro and FIFO / DIDO Projects Work on some of WA's landmark Projects Site Vehicle included Phone allowance Tasks & Responsibilities : Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and specifications Coordinate and oversee the work of multi-disciplinary project teams, including contractors and subcontractors Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions to address challenges that arise Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure projects meet all requirements Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures Qualifications & Experience : Degree in Civil Engineering Experience with pipeline construction and Water Treatment Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer in the civil engineering or construction industry Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex projects from inception to completion Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and analytical approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in the use of Excel, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements About the Company Hascon Civil Pty Ltd is a leading civil engineering firm specialising in the delivery of medium-scale infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
