Floor Finisher & Concrete Polisher

Key Responsibilities

Finish and polish concrete floors to a high standard, ensuring smooth, durable surfaces.

Interpret plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of flooring specifications.

Operate floor grinding and polishing machinery and other related equipment.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in floor finishing and concrete polishing.

Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.

Experience with hand and power tools used in concrete finishing and polishing.

Knowledge of safety procedures related to floor finishing and polishing.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, precise finishes.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour for extended periods.

A valid driver's licence.

Pay : Up to $127,000.00 per year
