Landscape Gardener

Hiring a qualified horticulturalist for team leader position, full time, casual to start. Manual open driver's licence required and trailer and zero-turn turn experience preferred. Casual position to begin but option to transition into full-time.

We need leadership abilities and initiative in our staff but we provide consistent, secure work with career progression pathways available to all.

Garden maintenance and install experience required and must be physically fit and reliable.

Cert 3 in horticulture, landscaping or similar field is desirable

Landscaping experience and abilities we are looking for :

• Experience in the Horticultural / Gardening industry including landscaping such as mulching and planting and turf installation, as well as Garden Maintenance experience, Mowing and edges, Hedgetrimming, Fertilizer and Chemical Applications
• Ability to work unsupervised but also as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
• Positive attitude towards work and life
