Each day, you'll go above and beyond to :

Proactively identify and establish new business and referral opportunities, leveraging networks within Roma, Goondiwindi, Dalby, and referral partners to meet income targets.

Implement targeted local sales campaigns to promote bank products and services to small business owners in the region.

Prepare and submit business lending proposals outside your authority with full justification, including industry and business analysis.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
