Implementation of core strategic approach associated with the expansion of the Automated Logic
Brand within Australia to be recognised as a National Tier 1 BMCS Technology Product, Contracting
and Service provider.
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions / product sales.
- Provide total BMCS, MSI, system solutions, promote Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive
product range.
- Continue to build strong relationships with new and potential client base.
- Identify market penetration and aggressively target areas of limited access with strong strategic
direction in accordance with the growth plan.
- 100% Compliance to presentation and expected company standards and processes.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and avail yourself to training both internal and external as may be
deemed required from time to time.
- Promote a positive approach with clients and industry in relation to our product range and new
initiatives.
- Ensure all equipment selection data is collated & entered into client submissions within response KPI's.
- Ensure all solution submissions are prepared, checked and submitted within response KPI's.
- Maintain network of industry intelligence to ensure competitiveness and professional presentation of
proposals are closely monitored and exceed industry expectations.
- Provide regular updates to General Manager with client and industry feedback.
- Ensure 100% compliance to sales order process outlined by the General Manager.
- Timely submission of accurate sales and order forecast as required.
Delivery of Pipeline, Booking, Sales & Gross margin targets - individual & for the total branch.
- Ensure all relevant Credit control measures are addressed prior to entering any contract verbal or
otherwise. 100% compliance of any financial authorities in relation to Supply Agreements outlined by
the General Manager.
- Achievement of quarterly, yearly customer visitation plan for the branch.
- On time completion of mandatory Ethics Modules & other training modules assigned.
- Co-ordination of effective client information gatherings as required.
- 100% compliance to accuracy of CRM pipeline reporting and full attendance to all review meetings as
specified by the General Manager.
- 100% compliance to population of new leads in CRM. Review of leads conversion to sales opportunity
in line with KPI's.
- Leadership in implementation of Business development strategies and other projects as directed by
the General Manager.
