Responsibilities

About the Team :

TikTok's Client Partners are responsible for building long-term partnerships with clients, educating and informing them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Focusing on Australian ecommerce brands, we seek Client Partners with knowledge and expertise in product and performance advertising to support brands in scaling and expanding overseas.

Responsibilities :

• Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
• Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients through a consultative approach
• Create compelling sales propositions and presentations utilizing internal and external data for respective regions
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service to ensure high-quality customer service
• Coordinate seamless campaign execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Proactively monitor and analyze ad campaigns to enhance performance
• Update clients on TikTok products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices
