About the roleThe Case Management role is accountable under limited direction to undertake complex work that is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents.
The Case Management is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. Where required, the role will coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, program and project management and policy development that support the organisation's objectives.
Key responsibilitiesAttending Case Conferences, Conciliations, and HearingsPreparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetingsAssessing and responding to priorities and risksPreparing and maintaining electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management processSkills and experience requiredPrevious experience in end-to-end case managementDemonstrated experience working within legal and legislative environmentsExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsHighly skilled in research and analysisAbility to manage client expectations and resolve concerns effectively and promptlySound administrative and self-management skillsPassionate about working within the disability sector and positively improving the lives of individuals and their familiesAs part of the eligibility and suitability requirement,only Australian Citizens need to applyWillingness to undertake pre-employment checks, including National Criminal History Check upon successful appointmentHow to apply
