Salary Range : $93,976 -$106,713 + Attractive Superannuation
The Clinical Program Manager (CPM) supports the Assistant Director (AD) by contributing to improvements in the quality, safety and distribution of clinical services across Open Arms. The primary role of the CPM is to provide clinical advice, professional development of clinical staff, and support the clinical leadership team. The CPM is responsible for daily management of clinical teams in the absence of the AD. The CPM assists the AD with client allocations, client assessments, case reviews and operational support to the clinical teams.
This recruitment process is being used to fill an ongoing position.
A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months.
Where a non-ongoing position is offered, the role will be filled for a specified term of up to 18 months. A specified term may be extended up to a maximum period of 3 years.
