Job descriptionDuties Assist the Assistant Director (AD) with the hiring of new clinical staff including on-boarding and off-boarding. Provide mentoring of new staff and underperforming staff and advise the AD on issues impacting staff performance, health and wellbeing. Conduct auditing and risk assessments, and facilitate both individual and group case reviews. Train staff in the implementation of new policies, procedures, and standards within the region. Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical services to promote continuous improvement. Act as the AD as required. Develop professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and participate in meetings as directed. Maintain a small clinical workload of clients as negotiated with the AD. Eligibility Applicants must be an Australian citizen to apply. Mandatory Qualifications as a registered Psychologist / Occupational Therapist / Mental Health Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration, OR Notes
Salary Range : $93,976 -$106,713 + Attractive Superannuation

The Clinical Program Manager (CPM) supports the Assistant Director (AD) by contributing to improvements in the quality, safety and distribution of clinical services across Open Arms. The primary role of the CPM is to provide clinical advice, professional development of clinical staff, and support the clinical leadership team. The CPM is responsible for daily management of clinical teams in the absence of the AD. The CPM assists the AD with client allocations, client assessments, case reviews and operational support to the clinical teams.
This recruitment process is being used to fill an ongoing position.
A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months.
Where a non-ongoing position is offered, the role will be filled for a specified term of up to 18 months. A specified term may be extended up to a maximum period of 3 years.
