Program Manager

BLACKROC is currently looking for a

• Program Manager
• to join a Global Conglomerate based here in Brisbane. As a Program Manager, you will be People & Operations focused and have a significant say in the business strategy internally & externally. You will be primarily responsible for the project services and ensure that projects are continuing to flow through the development pipeline.
• Essential Responsibilities
• Manage and coach a team of project managers, testers, and business analysts in the delivery of high-quality services within committed time frames.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute to the development of white papers.
• Collaborate with the customer in a consultative role when eliciting their business and technical requirements
• Manage the relationship with the client / customer throughout the project duration, evaluate business needs and contribute to planning strategic solutions
• Accountable for customer satisfaction and focused on delivering valuable insights to the customer
• Create and maintain project plans and schedules
• Provide coaching / mentoring around Agile / Scrum methodology for software development
• Essential Requirements
• 5+ years of software project management experience in project implementations using PM methodology, techniques and tools
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and multi-layered teams
• Minimum of 3 years working with CRM, Web / Mobile Development Projects, desirable SAP
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments, ideally SAFe
• Demonstrated experience liaising with key stakeholders and procurement teams to ensure the project is meeting its obligations;
