Program Manager

Projects at QLeave are delivered and align with our strategic priorities to provide equitable and efficient portable long service leave schemes. This role will allow you to deliver purposeful work that will positively impact our services, people, and industries. Reporting directly to the Lead Legal Counsel, you will :

• oversee the planning, execution and tracking of projects across the program of work;
• coordinate project interdependencies across various projects in the program of work;
• ensure effective project governance through preparation and delivery of project documentation;
• advise on staged implementation of projects, including preparation of relevant strategic advice and reports;
• identify, monitor and advise on project scope and deliverables to mitigate risk to program outcomes;
• actively engage key stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial program outcomes;
• contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives to ensure that the program is delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with best practice.
