Program Manager

Lead a transformational program by overseeing multiple projects and aligning them with group strategy. Guide delivery teams using A&G's framework, manage dependencies and risks, and unblock barriers to ensure business value. Act as a liaison with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Foster strong internal and external relationships to achieve successful program outcomes.

• What experience you'll bring
• Essential
• Minimum 2 years in program management.
• Minimum 5 years in project management.
• Strong grasp of key program management concepts.

• Experience with cloud migration.
• Postgraduate degree in Information Technology from a recognized institution.

• Experience in financial or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of traditional and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps).
