Archie Rose Distilling Co. was founded in Sydney in 2014 to re-ignite and lead Australia’s rich history in distilling, driven by four values including innovation, quality, authenticity and education. Now proudly Australia’s most highly awarded distillery, we produce a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one-off collaborations, venues and spirits experiences.

As our fast-growing business continues to thrive, we’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join the marketing team at our Botany Head Office. You’ll sit within our high-performing, award-winning eCommerce team, playing a key role in ensuring every customer journey is seamless, personalised and impactful.

You’ll be helping to market our range of award-winning spirits, as well as our unique customer experiences — including spirits masterclasses and tailored gifts — bringing our brand to life at every touchpoint.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Owning end-to-end execution of email and SMS marketing — from CDP setup, strategy and segmentation to building, testing, deployment and analysis
• Driving database growth via targeted acquisition campaigns, competitions, partnerships and lead generation initiatives
• Planning and delivering automated lifecycle flows to boost conversion, retention and customer loyalty
• Briefing creative and design teams on CRM content needs, managing timelines to ensure assets are delivered on brand and on time
• Maintaining a high-performing, compliant database — overseeing list hygiene, segmentation and seamless platform integrations (Shopify, Klaviyo and more)
• Analysing and optimising performance by reporting on open rates, CTRs, revenue and engagement trends to continually refine our CRM strategy
