Job descriptionWork alongside the Marketing & Communications team to assist in building of segmentation audiences, journeys, testing and execution for campaign and lifecycle journeys Monitor metrics, campaign performance analysis and reporting Explore platform capability to enhance the quality and performance of automated journeys with internal and external technology partners Qualifications in Marketing, Data, Computer Science or similar Hands on experience using marketing automation platforms to build technical delivery solutions from marketing briefs Experience working with large complex data sets, data extraction and analysis to deliver marketing campaigns Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective in team collaboration and in communicating complex technical concepts to all stakeholders Eligible employees can access NFP salary packaging Flexible working arrangements including WFH Opportunity for training and career development Paid parental leave Employee Assistance Program Discounted health and fitness programs Up to 8 weeks leave per year through our purchase leave scheme Up to 5 days paid leave per year to support a TSA program or activity The Salvation Army is a child safe organisation and is committed to protecting children and young people from harm. Due to recent growth in our Fundraising team we have a brand new permanent, full time vacancy for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Blackburn, Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements. We are looking for a hands on, tech savvy individual who enjoys turning marketing plans into executable automated solutions.
