This role will work to automate marketing execution by enabling personalised and timely value-driven experiences across the customer experience and utilise analytics to uncover new opportunities to optimise the journey across key digital touchpoints. You will be required to build a strong rapport with a variety of stakeholders by providing advice on complex issues and acting as a trusted business partner on marketing automation delivery as well as collaborating closely with the Marketing and Communications team and act as a technical interface with IT integration, data and support functions.
Work with Adobe Campaign on a day-to-day basis supporting all campaign management activities.
Work closely with the Digital Performance Manager and Journey Managers to provide expertise and insight into marketing automation best practices.
Standardise naming conventions and structures to ensure consistency and usability and identify and recommend best practices for Adobe Campaign
Work with IT Data / Technology Leads and external partners to ensure campaigns are optimised for performance
Develop ad-hoc queries to support marketing analytic needs and assess and iterate campaign based on lead performance indicators.
Assist with QA and test campaigns for accuracy and platform compatibility to ensure high deliverability
Work with IT and Journey teams to perform platform upgrade UAT and PVT verification activities
Ensure that Quality Control procedures are incorporated into the campaign design and delivery.
Maintain and enhance how-to guides and technical process knowledge base
Relevant degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education / training
Experience and understanding of Cross-Channel Campaigns and Strategic Database Marketing, Campaign planning through to reporting and optimisation
Experience and understand of core Adobe Campaign features (e.g., Workflow, Segment, Channels, etc.)
Experience with database technologies, JavaScript, XML / XSL, HTML / DHTML and querying languages such as SQL and experience using one or more database platforms (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and / or Teradata).
Ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines with experience in value-based, agile delivery
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to effectively influence stakeholders and colleagues at various levels of seniority
