RC Driller | WA | FIFO

CELOTTI WORKFORCE  is currently seeking experienced RC Drillers to join one of our Client's in Western Australia. Ideal candidates will have proven drilling expertise and a strong commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Please note :  Sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants  MUST  have full Australian working rights.

Key Responsibilities :

• At least 5 years of experience in Exploration or Mine RC drilling.
• Strong leadership skills with hands-on expertise in drilling, mechanical tasks, training, and safety management.
• Commitment to following strict safe work policies and procedures.
• A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to professionally engage with everyone from offsiders to clients and senior management, always representing the company’s interests.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage paperwork, meet deadlines, and operate independently in the field while staying connected with operations support.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with a passion for learning new skills.
