The role will answer all calls and triage the call. The After Hours Coordinator will be on a rotating roster sharing coverage between;Mon - Fri (AM) 6am - 8amMon - Fri (PM) 5pm - 8pmSat & Sun 7am - 7pmPublic Holidays 7am - 7pmTo thrive in this role, you will haveEperience in a rostering / scheduling environmentExceptional client service skills, analytical and problem solving skillsHigh level computer literacy proficiencyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positionsAbility to prioritise work and problem solveDemonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment and able to foster effective working relationshipsAbility to use initiative and work under pressureRelevant experience in a similar role (scheduling in an aged care setting or community health setting)As a valued employee, your experience matters.
