Storeperson

As a Store person, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding service to customers within our Welshpool branch. you will report to Branch Manager, Working time from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. No weekends or public holidays.

• Key Responsibilities
• Mix and tint / eye match colors to formulas, as per customer orders. Paint mixing and tinting as per formulations.
• All functions in the tint area (stock control, replenishment, formula management).
• Maintain records of products used in the production of mixed colours. Low-level colour matching.
• Pack, label & assemble orders for delivery. Unpack, check & put away replenishment product.
• Support customer requests for products or information relating to products as required.
• Orders packed & made ready for despatch to customers. Process orders and collate appropriate paperwork.
• Inventory management and reconciliation. Process over the counter customers sales and service.
• All computer related tasks (inventory adjustments, stock ordering, receipting, invoicing and manifesting).
• Cash sales reconciliation including daily banking procedures. Process customer credits.
• Any other duties as reasonably required.
• Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a colour matching role in the coatings industry.
• Forklift licence.
• General warehousing skills.
• Knowledge of colour mixing practices and demonstrated colour matching skills.
