• The Role

As a Consultant you will be called on to manage our clients' ER and IR issues. You will be speaking to clients over the phone, reviewing / drafting contracts and policies, case managing employment issues such as restructures and redundancies, disciplinary processes and terminations and much more. You will nurture deep relationships with our clients and become a critical part of their success.

• Skills & Experience
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role providing advice and consultation on workplace relations matters (including in-house HR Business Partners)
• Knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Award framework
• A pragmatic and commercial approach to providing advice (both written and verbally)
• Formal qualifications in Law or HR beneficial
• Able to work in a fast paced and client-centric environment
• Self-motivated with a desire to be the best practitioner they can be

The salary bracket for this role is between $70,000-80,000 plus superannuation, depending on your experience and expertise coming into the role.
