We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join the team based at our ANZ Head Office in Sydney CBD.

The role is reporting to the ANZ Pricing Manager.

Key Responsibilities : Oversee rate setting, margin management, and distribution to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Assist in developing, implementing, and presenting pricing strategies to enhance profitability and align with business goals. Track the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability, recommending further enhancements as needed. Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to recommend adjustments and maintain a competitive edge. Ensure the accuracy of all pricing adjustments while adhering to regulatory requirements and mitigating financial risks. Identify opportunities to automate pricing workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have : Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with advanced Excel skills and experience using analytical tools. General Experience and personal qualities : Proven experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field, ideally within the foreign exchange, banking, or financial services sector, is highly valued. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex pricing data clearly.
