We have an exciting opportunity for several Trainee Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialists to join our team on the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra, Maroochydore, Nambour, and Noosa locations).

The training period will last between 6-12 months and will involve on-the-job training and mentoring with experienced Business Managers, in addition to completing the Autopact Business Manager Training program.

What is the role of an Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist?

• Lead Management – assisting the sales team to contact all clients interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Assisting the sales team with negotiation and closing of sales.
• Helping clients purchase a vehicle by arranging their finance.
• Meeting KPIs for the sale of finance, insurance, and warranty products.
• Processing vehicle loans from application to settlement.
• Adhering strictly to compliance and regulatory requirements.
