About the Role We’re currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Administration Team at their Maroochydore dealership . This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a mature and professional candidate with prior experience in a similar role — preferably in the automotive industry .

Your responsibilities will include :

• Processing vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Preparing and executing timely payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
• Competency in Microsoft Word & Excel is essential
