This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a driven Account Executive with solid SME experience to take the next step into mid-market and complex commercial placements. Joining a progressive and well-regarded brokerage, you'll work closely with a senior team to manage a growing portfolio of clients with more sophisticated risk profiles across industries such as construction, property, manufacturing, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market clients with premiums typically ranging from $30k–$250kProvide tailored insurance solutions for complex risks, including layered programs, ISR, PI, D&O, and liability linesLiaise directly with underwriters to negotiate terms and structure placement strategiesMaintain high service standards while supporting renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustmentsWork closely with Directors and Senior Account Managers on larger placements and strategic client developmentBegin taking ownership of placement strategy and technical advisory with guidance from senior staffAbout You 3+ years experience in SME commercial brokingStrong policy knowledge across core products (business pack, liability, property)Passionate about technical learning and stepping into more complex advisoryComfortable dealing with clients directly and building lasting relationshipsTier 1 qualified (or working towards)Why This Role?
