Sales and Service Manager - Skills Delivery Add expected salary to your profile for insights Our Sales and Service teams support over 1.3 million RAC members providing exceptional experiences every day across both our Contact Centres and Member Service Centres.

In this role, you'll lead a group of dedicated Team Managers and Member Solutions Leads within our onboarding team who are responsible for the transition, training, and development of new Sales and Service employees.You'll ensure they are supported, engaged, and well-prepared to deliver exceptional service and sales outcomes for our members.

Our dedicated front line consultants are helping members through breakdowns, consulting on the best insurance and products to meet their needs and helping them get the most value out of their membership with RAC.What will you be doing?

Leading and developing experienced Team Managers to deliver quality leadership, coaching, and support across the onboarding function.

Overseeing on-the-job training and development of new team members to reach performance standards and deliver outstanding member service.

Develop your team and support them in identifying career growth opportunities through ongoing coaching Foster highly engaged teams that are connected to our purpose and RAC vision and mission.

Demonstrate your well-tuned project and change management skills by leading and delivering key change initiatives.

Collaborate with our business partners to monitor operations, performance and ensure consistency and continuous improvement What can we offer you?
