About the role : We are seeking Community Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive Home and Community Care team and work in the North Metropolitan area of Perth. We have work available in the, the Kalamunda to Ballajura to Upper Swan region, in the Shenton Park, floreat, Maylands, Noranda, Karrinyup, Hamersley, Bayswater, Stirling andNorth Perth region.To be considered for these roles you must currently live within a 15 minute drive of these suburbs and have a current Australian driver's licence and a reliable car.

Our Juniper Home and Community Care team provides community based care programs that assist our aged customers to continue to live independently in their own homes. Renowned for our commitment to the delivery of person centred care and best practice in relation to the provision of quality care, you will be working in a supportiveenvironment that encourages initiative and leadership.

Whilst working in this rewarding role you will provide support and assistance to enable clients to maximise their independence in their own homes within the community, incorporating the wellness approach. Care and services are to be responsive, timely and empowering, enabling the client to lead a continued safe and independent value added life within their own home.

This position requires the delivery of personal care to our community clients.To be considered for these roles you must have at least 6-12 months experience in the delivery of personal care (such as showering, dressing, toileting) to the aged.Applicants who demonstrate prior experience in the community setting, especially those with medication prompt experience, will be viewed favourably.

These positions are being offered on a permanent part-time basis.Working hours are scheduled between 7am-5pm Monday to Friday.To be considered for this role you must be available between 7am and 3pm each week day.

Applicants will also be considered for future similar vacancies within the team over the next twelve months.
