Want to make a real difference in students' lives? Join Curtin University's Enrolments team as an Enrolment Advisor, where you'll deliver high-quality customer service that directly enhances the student experience.
In this pivotal role, you'll manage and maintain student enrolments and support curriculum structures using our cutting edge systems. From admission to completion, you'll help enable student self-management across all courses offered at Curtin's Bentley and Kalgoorlie campuses, as well as online programs through Open Universities Australia. You'll be the key point of contact for resolving enrolment-related enquiries within agreed timeframes, while ensuring student and curriculum records are kept accurate and confidential.

Your responsibilities will includeDeliver high-quality, customer-focused support by providing accurate, consistent, and timely advice on enrolment and curriculum matters.Accurately maintain student records and curriculum information in corporate systems, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to deadlines, timeframes, and approval processes.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with staff across Schools, Faculties, Central Teams, Open Universities Australia, and other external stakeholders.Manage and resolve student enquiries within agreed turnaround times in alignment with service KPIs.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university systems used to support enrolment and curriculum services, such as Student One and AKARI.We are looking for (selection criteria)Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills, using sound judgement and knowledge to determine appropriate solutions.Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships across diverse teams and levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally convey information and prepare accurate documentation.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Experience using corporate student information systems such as Student One (desirable).Role RequirementsAs this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be consideredStudent ServicesStudent Services aim to enable Curtin's vision through the delivery of a seamless student-centred experience accessible at any time, on any device, from any location.
