We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Training Coordinator (Forklifts) to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team based out of our Perth Fulfilment Centre.
This role requires that you hold a current Forklift Licence and have demonstrated forklift experience as well as a good proficiency in MS Office.

Schedule and conduct PIT and TDR training, including classroom and practical evaluations, as neededEnsure compliance with New Operator Behaviour Audits (NOBA) and PIT related refresher trainingMaintain PIT and TDR related records and complete all data entryAssist with PIT and TDR related safety incident investigations and coach associates on safe operationAudit operators for compliance with all EHS PIT operation standardsComplete standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectationPerform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rostersLead & Support Learning Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associatesSpend a minimum of 5 hours per week in a process path (rotate through paths) to maintain proficiency and identify associate barriers whilst also learning part of the Learning Trainer roleWork 40 hours / week, and overtime as requiredAbility to positively impact and engage with our associates to enable them to succeed in their rolesWorkplace training experience ideal but not necessaryAble to give and receive feedback effectivelyEffective time management skills, exemplary attendance and punctualityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiativeMust be willing and able to work all shifts and overtime as requiredAcknowledgement of country :
