Forklift Training Coordinator

Job descriptionSchedule and conduct PIT and TDR training, including classroom and practical evaluations, as needed Ensure compliance with New Operator Behaviour Audits (NOBA) and PIT related refresher training Maintain PIT and TDR related records and complete all data entry Assist with PIT and TDR related safety incident investigations and coach associates on safe operation Audit operators for compliance with all EHS PIT operation standards Complete standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectation Perform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rosters Lead & Support Learning Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associates Spend a minimum of 5 hours per week in a process path (rotate through paths) to maintain proficiency and identify associate barriers whilst also learning part of the Learning Trainer role Work 40 hours / week, and overtime as required Ability to positively impact and engage with our associates to enable them to succeed in their roles Workplace training experience ideal but not necessary Able to give and receive feedback effectively Effective time management skills, exemplary attendance and punctuality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative Must be willing and able to work all shifts and overtime as required
Work a flexible schedule / shift / work area, including weekends, nights, and / or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand / walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Applicants must hold a Valid Forklift License (Preferably LF and LO)
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Training Coordinator (Forklifts) to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team based out of our Perth Fulfilment Centre.
This role requires that you hold a current Forklift Licence and have demonstrated forklift experience as well as a good proficiency in MS Office.
