Role Overview : We are seeking a experienced Centre Director to lead our Childcare Centre located in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management leadership and administration of the centre ensuring a safe engaging and supportive environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daytoday operations ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining highquality standards.
• Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents ensuring open communication and involvement.
• Represent the centre in the local community establishing partnerships and promoting the centres values.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional growth.
• Manage the budget effectively ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Priorities the health and safety of all children in service
• Assisting with daily campus operations and room tasks such as : activity preparation and mealtimes
• Lead the planning and implementation of the educational program which values a holistic view of each childs development.
• Provide leadership guidance and support to other educators within the service
• Maintaining ongoing records of the childrens development program and daily information
• Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards as well as compliance with relevant Government Regulations.
