HR Admin / Payroll Officerto join their value-driven team.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and processing of fortnightly payrollImport timesheets and approvalsCalculation of all leave / deductions / tax / superannuationLeave reconciliationDetermine payroll liabilitiesResolve payroll queriesSet up new employee filesInterpretation of enterprise agreements, modern awards, employment contracts and other legislationsOther ad-hoc dutiesABOUT YOUThey are looking for a highly motivated and organised HR Admin / Payroll Officer. You will work well both independently and as part of a team and will manage your time well to respond to competing demands.
A thorough understanding of current HR / ER legislationPrevious experience with Elmo would be advantageousRelevant university or TAFE qualificationsAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailYou will also need to be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and drug test.
