- Inbound Manager
- to oversee our Inbound department to drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across critical supply chain functions.
Reporting to the DC Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and performance of Receives, Put-away, Space Planning, Pullbacks, and Returns. You'll lead a team of associates, team leads, and administrative staff, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Merchandise, Vendors, and Logistics to ensure timely and accurate product flow through the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day operational oversight.
Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeall Inbound operations ensuring timely and accurate receiving, put-away, returns, and space planning processes.Supervisea team of 30+ team members, including Team Leads and Associates.Drivea culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department.DeveloprefineStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency.Monitorkey performance metrics and implement corrective actions to resolve operational challenges.Collaboratewith Merchandise, Vendors, and Logistics teams to improve vendor compliance, quality control, and scheduling.Supportinternational and domestic demand planning and delivery coordination.Provide ongoingcoachingtrainingdevelopmentopportunities to staff to encourage personal growth and performance.Assistin hiring, onboarding, and training for new team members.Managepayroll accuracy relating to timesheets and oversee reporting on daily Inbound activities.Championcommunication and teamwork between cross-functional departments.Promoteand maintain compliance with all safety and operational standards.What You BringProven leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management - experience in e-commerce desirable but not essential.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A proactive and hands-on management style.Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement process improvements.Experience in leading teams, setting goals, and driving results.Familiarity with vendor relations, compliance practices, and logistics coordination is a plus.APPLY NOW!Culture Kings Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
